Real Estate & Private Client
Property transactions, ownership structures, succession and the personal legal affairs of individuals and families, including cross-border property in Northern Cyprus.

Scope of practice
We advise individuals, families and investors on property and personal legal matters across our jurisdictions, with particular experience in property acquisitions in Northern Cyprus, where the category of title and the timing of contract registration determine the security of a purchase. Before any deposit is contemplated, we confirm what a client is actually buying.
Private-client work extends beyond a single transaction to the ownership structures, succession arrangements and cross-border affairs of families whose interests span more than one country. We approach these matters with discretion and an eye to the long term.
Typical matters
- Property purchases and sales
- Title verification and due diligence (incl. TRNC title categories)
- Contract registration and Permission to Purchase in Northern Cyprus
- Ownership structures and holding arrangements
- Wills, succession, inheritance and estate matters
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Personal and family legal affairs
How we assist
We act as the client's independent adviser, never the seller's or the developer's, verifying title, charges and rights, negotiating the contract and protecting the client's position through to registered ownership.

Northern Cyprus Title Deeds: What Turkish, Exchange and Allocation Titles Actually Mean
Turkish title, Exchange or Eşdeğer title and Allocation or Tahsis title are the three descriptions most often used in the Northern Cyprus property market. They describe how the present title arose.
